These terms apply when you use the FishMart website and place an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. About FishMart

FishMart is an online-only seafood shop. We don't operate a physical shop or walk-in location. You can contact us at +92 327 8266591 or fishmartofficial.pk@gmail.com.

2. Products, names and photos

  • We describe each fish as accurately as we can, including its common and local names. Some trade names (such as "Indian Salmon" for Rawans) do not mean the fish belongs to that species; the product page explains this.
  • Photos are for illustration. Natural fish vary in size, colour and shape.
  • For boneless products, the species used can depend on what is available; ask us if you need to know which fish is in stock.

3. Prices

  • Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees, per kg unless stated otherwise.
  • Fish prices follow the market and can change from day to day. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
  • The final weight can vary slightly after cleaning and cutting.
  • Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

4. Availability and your order

  • All orders depend on the fish being available in the market. Placing an order does not guarantee that a fish is available.
  • If an item you ordered isn't available, we will contact you. Advance payments for unavailable items are refunded, as set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.
  • Fish is cleaned and cut to the option you select. Please choose carefully, because a cut fish can't be changed back.

5. Payment

You can pay by cash on delivery or by bank transfer, as offered at checkout.

6. Delivery

Delivery is same day or next day, depending on whether the fish is available in the market. Details are in our Delivery Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

Because fish and seafood are perishable, we do not accept returns after delivery. Refunds apply when a fish you paid for in advance is not available. See our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Food safety after delivery

Once your order is delivered, please refrigerate or freeze it promptly and cook seafood thoroughly. Storage and cooking guidance on our website is general information, not a guarantee.

9. Your account and information

Please give us an accurate name, phone number and address so we can deliver your order. How we use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Website content

The text, guides and other content on this website belong to FishMart and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Articles and recipes are for general information.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the date shown above.
