This policy explains when and how FishMart delivers your order.

Same-day or next-day delivery

We buy fish from the market according to availability and prepare each order to the cut you choose. Because of this, delivery is same day or next day:

  • Same day: when the fish you ordered is available in the market that day.
  • Next day: when the fish isn't available in the market on the day you order, or it can't be prepared in time.

We can't promise a fixed delivery time, because it depends on what the market has on the day.

If your fish is not available

Sometimes a fish isn't available in the market at all. In that case we will contact you about your order. If you have paid in advance, the amount for the unavailable item is refunded to you. See our Returns & Refund Policy.

Delivery charges and areas

The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you confirm it. Enter your full address at checkout; if you are not sure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before ordering.

Receiving your order

  • Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address and that your phone number is correct, so our rider can reach you.
  • Fish and seafood are perishable. Put your order in the fridge or freezer as soon as it arrives.
  • Prices are per kg, and the final weight can vary slightly after cleaning and cutting.
